i have bought a 3 level townhouse in centreville and there is an extra room in the basement available for rent. you will have your own private bathroom next to the room, it is a walk-out basement. the basement area outside of the room will be common area. the washer and dryer is in the basement and will be shared as well. there is a refrigerator in the basement that you are welcome to use. the main level has the living room and kitchen, the kitchen will be shared as well. the third floor has 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a private bath and a second bathroom. these rooms will be used. the townhouse also has deck and a patio.the location of the town house is close to major highways. there is also a bus stop near by. there are shopping centers within a mile or 2 from the house. the $700 a month is for rent, plus $100 extra which will include all utilities. a first month deposit is needed when you move in.
i am moving to the townhouse by the end of this month. your move in date can be after december 1st. the room is unfurnished, so you will need to bring the furniture that you need.
what i am looking for: someone who is responsible with stable income, quiet and respectful, has been over the party scene. if you are interested in looking at the room, we can set that up as well.
