my name is natasha. i have an extra room in my apartment and in desperate need of a roommate. i have a 2 bedroom apartment. i am 20 years old, have a 3 month old daughter. i am on the sw side of cedar rapids, only about 5 minutes from kirkwood community college. rent would be $315 a month and utilities are about $50. i do have some deal breakers, you can not do drugs, not saying you do, just had a roommate at my old place that hid it and i have a daughter, and if you smoke the property only allows you to smoke outside.
