i have a three bedroom house converted to five bedrooms with two baths in carrollton. it's close to 35e and whitlock. the room i have available is actually two small rooms tied together and is secluded from all the other rooms. you'll have your own bathroom. it's a nice neighborhood and i've lived here for over nine years. i am a christian, straight, and i am friendly. i program and test burn-in circuit boards for microchips at high temperatures-- five days a week. i have three cats. i'm quite, don't smoke, and keep to myself... 41 years old. i'm asking for $500/month all bills paid. i don't have internet but you're welcome to get it if you like. for the most part, you'll have free reign of the house... washer/dryer/kitchen/... etc. just let me know if you are interested.
