i need to sub-lease my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for the spring semester. it is available right now until mid may when the lease is up. the rent is $525 for the entire apartment (not per person). the entire apartment is available or i can sublet each room separately if i have to. the deposit is $400 total, $200 per roommate, and refundable. i do not have any pets; however they are allowed. if you do have a pet then you will have to pay a $400 pet deposit. there are two parking spots in the driveway. water is included with the apartment, the master bedroom and the living room have cable outlets, and phone outlets are in all rooms. washer/dryer is also included in the apartment. if you have any questions at all or want to see the apartment please contact me via email at oneextraroom@gmail.com pictures will be posted in the next few days. due to my hectic holiday schedule i will be all over the place so please e-mail me in advance about the place. i will be there most of this upcoming week (dec 29 - jan 3)
