i have a room for rent in a three level townhouse in burke. the townhouse has three rooms and one and a half bathrooms and has been newly renovated (i.e. new carpets/hardwood, new paint job, etc.). i am renting out one of the three rooms and the room is available now! while the pictures attached do not show it, the living areas, dining areas, kitchen, and other common areas are completely furnished.the townhouse is a five minute walk from the virginia railway express (vre) which is great for commuting into washington d.c. or alexandria. the townhouse is in a great location. nearby, are several easily accessible shopping centers which include giant, safeway, wal-mart, and target (many of which are within walking distance). in addition, george mason university is very close at about 10 minutes away.
i am asking $800 plus utilities. the house is wired for cable, has wi-fi, and an operating hardline phone number. the room itself is also wired for cable/tv. unfortunately, i am asking for no pets.
