starting in june i have a roommate moving out and we need someone to take her space. we live in a house in bryan, that's less than 5 minutes from the blinn campus and about 15 minutes away from a&m campus. we are pet friendly (if you have a dog we recommend a smaller one since the yard is smaller). there is a pet deposit, but if you plan on brining a friend we can go over that with you. you have an option of which room you could have. the medium room, which is $400 a month, or the mast bed and bath for $475. the price does not include utilties, but those have never been over $80 each, and that includes your water, trash, electricity, internet, tv, netflix (aka everything).



now, about us. we both go to a&m and both work at the small animal emergency hospital in the vet school. we study a lot, but we also enjoy having fun every now and then and love to go dancing, see a movie, play games, hang out with friends, etc. there will be one cat and a bunny sharing the house, but the cat stays outside most of the time and the bunny stays in my room. neither of us smoke, and we would prefer if you don't as well. however, if you do smoke, please know that we will ask you to do it outside.
