howdy! i am looking for someone to sublease a room in my home in bryan. it is in a very convenient location with blinn only 2 miles away and a&m about 5. just off south college, 109 hardy st. provides easy access to just about everything. the home is very comfortable and has a great setup. spacious rooms are definitely a plus! home is completely furnished, you would just need your own furniture. wi-fi & cable are included. you would share the master bathroom, so having your own sink and space is nice! you would have 3 other roomates, but they are extremely nice people and easy to live with. we live a very laid back lifestyle and have a pretty chill atmosphere. i will not be able to stay in bryan next semester so really hope to find someone to sublease. rent would normally be $350 but im willing to contribute $150 a month as well, making it only $200. additional bills average about to $100. room is ready immediately & lease is up in july & available to renew. if you have any other questions or are interested please feel free to contact me at tmartinez5007@yahoo.com or 2106337129!. thank you!!
