hi there! my name is katie and i have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. i'm looking to rent out my second bedroom. seeking a female or male roommate. students are welcome. i have tons of photos of the apartment and space so ask me for them! looking for a considerate, friendly, clean and not bring the party home too often. i'm a busy professional who loves to have fun on the weekends but usually a total homebody during the week after a long workday.

the room is very basic now but has plenty of room for two nightstands and a dresser. there is a brand new queen bed in there for you. you can feel free to bring your own bed or use mine. there is a nice window and a medium size closet in the room also. we would share the bathroom - but it's pretty large and i'm a clean roommate. :) i have wireless internet and u-verse cable. i'm a mile from the beach and this apartment complex is run really well and kept clean and i love living here.

a couple things: - i do have a dog, so you must be ok with that. she is 30 lbs so she is small and she is really timid and sweet. but i need a roommate who is comfortable with that. bonus if you have a dog under 35 lbs. no cats please as i am allergic. :(

this person must be willing to sign a lease with me. unfortunately they do not allow subletters. my current lease ends at the end of november 2012 and i'd like to hopefully renew it with my new roommate. i'd be happy to email you pics of the rest of the apartment or feel free to contact me and schedule a time to come see the place!

building is complete with a sauna, steam room, gym, pool, patrolling guards, clubhouse and free parking for you and guests. free half hour massages to tenants every month also. about 1-2 miles away from mizner park and the beach is a mile away. i look forward to hearing from you!
