i have a room available for either a male or female in my 2/2.5 duplex apartment in east boca:- bottom floor has kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, 2 storage spaces, and a balcony.
- upper floor has the bedrooms with private bathrooms and additional storage space. the bedrooms are well-spaced apart, so you have a lot of privacy.
- the room i am renting has a big closet, and a private full bath.
- kitchen has white cabinets, granite counter top, fridge with built-in ice maker, flat-top stove, dishwasher, etc.
- building has a pool, sauna, gas bbq grill, storage room, and 2 tennis courts.
- front loading washer and dryer inside unit.
- only 5 minutes from downtown boca, mizner park, the beach, or i-95. 8 minutes from fau.
my name is raphael, and i work and do my master's at fau. i am easy to get along with, like to have fun and go out on the weekends, but i'm very low-key and easy-going at home. i am looking to live with someone that i can be friends with and not just be a random roommate.
i want someone that is looking to rent long-term (not just a few months). i prefer to rent to fau students or stable professionals like myself.
