about the property:hello, we're looking to rent three of the rooms we currently have by june 1, 2016. the property is a two story, four bedroom, two bath with a garage, kitchen, hot tub, and office. there are currently two large screen televisions (one is 42 inch and the other is 50in). the house has a washer/dryer, cable television, and 30 mb internet as well two refrigerators and ample cabinet space and all the necessary cooking needs. we have a gas stove top/oven, microwave, toaster, and pantry all available for use. there is also an enclosed backyard with shade and a storage shed. there is also an attic. house expenses (utilities and cable) are split evenly. currently they are around the tune of $160 a person. there are two black cats. no more pets are welcome.
the available room:
we have three upstairs room available-first come first serve. the room has a private closet. it is not furnished. you'll be sharing a restroom with rose and rachel, but you are welcome to use the downstairs restroom as well. you'll have a key to the house and have access to all the public areas as soon as we receive your deposit(one month's rent) and the first months rent.
about us:
there are four people at this house currently, ben, kamna, rachel and rose. all of us are working and one is a student.
downers:
no smoking cigarettes inside the house. we have a backyard however. it has ashtrays.
