i'm looking for roommate/parttime or fulltime tenant for 1 of my bdrms in a 3 bdrm apt. third bedrm is an office and unoccupied. located next to southpark meadows...6 or so miles from downtown via i-35. (south 1st street)
preference would be a professional who travels or 3rd shift worker, a student who is in class studying or working or a mellow, no-drama type who pays their bills.
$500 (negotiable) per month includes, cable, wirless internet, fax, gated community, beautiful pool and hot tub area. room has a queen sized bed and smaller tv in it, but you can move in anything you like.
lease runs through january but you can stay 1 month or through the term. no smoking, no pets and no alcohol abusers or drug abusers. 420 is fine.

me - 40's, white collar professional. multi-degreed, laid back, enjoy watching sports or movies on the tube, but other than that, working or out and about in austin. i don't bring the party home and would expect the same in kind.
