my name is stephen and i am looking for a roommate in a two bedroom house in the northwest austin area. i just graduated with my degree and have moved back to start working in the austin area. i have lived with guys and girls so i don't have a preference on who i live with. my current roommate has to move out due to work.it is a remolded house with new carpet, upgraded appliances, a garage, a good sized yard, and you would have your own full bathroom.
prefer no pets, but that is negotiable and the owner would require a pet deposit.
(had an issue with previous roommates and their large breed dogs, i don't have a problem with smaller well trained pets.)
