in a 3 bedroom 3 baths and 2 half bath townhouse located in ashburn. close to dulles toll road 267, route 28, waxpool, route 7(leesburg pike), route 50, shopping (dulles town center, leesburg outlets, several shopping plazas), dining, movie theater, close to several universities and colleges (george mason, nova, strayer, marymount, shenandoah, george washington, etc), close to major companies (mcdean verizon, aol and orbit,etc.). bus transit near by (1 minute walk), it can take you to dulles town center, leesburg, dulles airport and west falls church metro.

house has lots of amenities. n/s home.

utilities, services and amenities included: wired/wireless high speed internet, verizon fios extreme hd cable tv (320+ channels), verizon freedom essentials home phone (free nationwide calls), electricity, trash, water, sewer, gas...

roommates: we are friendly, responsible, sharing , laid-back, easy going, clean, working professionals...steve works for an insurance company....i'm a nursing student and work at dulles airport...

pets: will consider pets on a case by case basis. friendly pets considered with a $500 refundable pet deposit, $50/month pet rent and a signed agreement to take care of odor, stains and hair in common areas. currently the house has no pets…

security deposit: $300 refundable
to move in: $300 + $565 = $865 total
