i am looking for a roommate to join me in a 3br/2.5ba luxury townhouse-style condo in ashburn, va. the place is still under construction and will be available to move in beginning in january 2014. the place will be fully furnished with brand new furniture and appliances and you will have your own private bathroom and parking spot.located in a prime location, it is just minutes from the toll road (good for work) and one loudoun (restaurants, bars, movie theater). additionally, this place is located in an amenity-filled community that includes multiple clubhouses with pools and state-of-the-art fitness centers, miles of walking and biking trails, sports courts, grill areas and more (all included in rent).
home information: a fully upgraded 2500 sq ft condo that contains granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, washer/dryer, attached garage, patios, security system and more. additionally, this condo occupies the top two outside floors, which allows in lots of natural light and reduces noise from neighbors.
about me: i am a 26 year old male that works in northern virginia. i enjoy going to the gym, watching/playing sports, and relaxing with family or friends. i'm very outgoing and can get along with pretty much anyone. i am very clean and during the week will relax in the evenings.
i am looking for a roommate that is willing to sign at least a 6-month lease. i am looking for a non-smoker. dogs will be allowed, no cats.
