furnished master suite with large closet and full bath. full size poster bed, chest of drawers, tv, etc. very clean, homey, safe and comfortable. i am the owner and work at dulles airport so i have been fingerprinted and backgrounded. rent includes all utilities, light kitchen use, and laundry. this is a 3 level townhouse with two master suites on the top floor and my quarters on the bottom. there are 3 of us living here but we all different schedules so we don't see each other much. this is a not a rooming house - we are family.for my peace of mind i only want a female. not being discriminatory!
i do have a clean cat in case you are allergic.
no pets please. i prefer no overnite guests. small deposit is required.
i am minutes from dulles airport, route 7 and shopping. herndon, reston and sterling are just a short distance away. there are lots of walking trails too. very safe neighborhood and plenty of parking.
