i will be moving out by the end of the month to move in with my boyfriend that's why i am looking to fill my spot immediately! the remaining three roommates are two guys and one girl. they are young professionals in their mid to late 20s. they are all clean, respectful, responsible, and fun people. they hang out with each other when they can, but otherwise everyone pretty much does their own thing. the house is fairly quiet during the week. my roommates are looking for someone similar to share the home with them. the house is located on washington boulevard, (walking distance from the clarendon area). it's in an awesome, safe neighborhood and easy access to great night life with short walks to court house or clarendon. the clarendon metro station (orange line) is about a 10 minute walk and the bus stop that goes towards downtown dc is right across the street from the house. the house has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, basement storage and plenty of free street parking. the house itself has been remodeled and has a fairly big backyard for barbecues. the available room is on the 2nd floor and you would share the upstairs bathroom with two other guys. the rent is $875 + utilities, which typically average around $45/ month and deposit is $1000. the room will be available as soon as april 1st. if interested, please send an email with a little bit about yourself and come meet the roomies
