i have a 13 by 14 room for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in arlington. utilities, cable and internet are included. the home is furnished but your bedroom will not be. the bedroom has 1 closet. you will have your own bathroom and a private entrance. there will also be a full size washer and dryer on your floor. there is a grocery store, starbucks, gym and restaurant next door. there are multiple bus lines that run to crystal city metro (15 min ride), pentagon/pentagon city metros, shirlington, old town and ballston. there is street parking is free. dedicated parking out front is $100. 6+ month lease preferred.about me:
