i am currently a 3rd year doctorate student studying clinical psychology. i am also a license professional counselor. i have a little yorkie name pierre (very old and doesn't do much). when i am not home, pierre is in my room. actually, even when i am home, if i am in my room, he will be there too. i am hardly ever home (work, externship and classes/school work, etc.).

i am looking for a roommate who is considerate and is able to clean up after themselves. i prefer another female roommate and would rather have someone that does not have an additional pet.

i currently live in an income restrictions apartment at 2201 pershing apartments. it is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a balcony. it is a 12 month lease. a move in date for october 1st, 2016. the price is 1326 a month plus split for utilities and cable (if we want cable). that price does not include the extra $125 for parking if you choose to have a car. there are no fees for overnight parking for guests. there is also a one time fee of $50 to be added to the lease and a $32 application fee. due to the income restrictions, they must run a finance check on you to make sure you are within the rent restriction. to make the rent restriction, i need a roommate that makes a maximum of 65,000 or less.

the apartment has a washer, dryer and a dishwasher inside. there is also a balcony. the community comes with a gym, business center, swimming pool, and a grilling area. the apartment is 15 minutes walk to both clarendon and courthouse. a 26 minutes walk to rosslyn metro. there are also 5 different buses within walking distance that can bring you to courthouse metro, clarendon metro, rosslyn metro and around the dc area.

the room that needs occupancy is the bedroom without the bathroom inside. however, the bathroom is next to the bedroom and will be your private bathroom.
