the 2br/1ba apartment gets plenty of natural light, features a recently updated kitchen and an in-unit washer dryer and has wood floors throughout. the available bedroom (unfurnished) measures approximately 10' x 14' with plenty of space for a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, etc. and its large closet offers plenty of storage! within the apartment complex there's a small gym (located just downstairs), a bike storage room and additional storage in the basement. off-street parking is available at no additional fee.
located about a 10 minute walk from clarendon metro and long several bus routes, it's an easy commute. giant, cvs, walgreens, and several other shops as well as a running/biking trail are located across the street. trader joe's, whole foods and the numerous restaurants, bars and shops of clarendon and nearby neighborhoods are a 10-15 minute walk.
costs: $1,100/month for rent. we would split the electric and comcast bills: electric generally runs between $20 to $65 (summer) per month and comcast is about $50-$60 a month. $25 application fee; $150 refundable security deposit. 6 month lease starts feb 1, continues month-to-month thereafter.
