two female professionals seeking a third female roommate. there is one bedroom available in our 3 br, two story brick available january 1st. rent is $670 a month and you will have your our bathroom. the landlord requires a $600 deposit. utilities (electric, gas, cable, internet, trash and water) are not included in the rent.location:
the house is located close to i-66 and lee highway. the location is approximately halfway between the ballston and the east falls church metro stop (but not close enough to walk to the metro, so you'll need a car to live here). it's a 5 minute drive to ballston and about 10 minutes to tyson's corner in non rush hour. georgetown is also only about 10 minutes away in non-rush hour. great, quiet residential neighborhood. very close to harris teeter and safeway, as well as a shopping plaza that has a starbucks, restaurants, etc.
the house:
there's a laundry room in the basement with a full size washer and dryer. the basement also has lots of additional storage space and space to watch television, etc. the house has hardwood floors, full size backyard and screened in back porch. the house is pretty quiet, although we do enjoy having a little fun when we can :-).
