there is one room available in a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment. the bathroom to the room available is across the hall from the room. this room is $600. there is the option to get a free parking spot on the roof or pay $25/month for covered parking in the garage. i am a 29 year old female and just finished my master’s degree. i currently work in grad admissions at a local university while i seek a job in the field of my graduate degree. the other roomie is a 29 year old female who is a journalist and will be moving here from atlanta to report on politics. we only really use the living room a whole lot when we have company over, which is not very often. we think it is good practice to let anyone who has company have the living room. i like to workout (nice gym in the building), bicycle, read, watch movies, and hang out with friends. we are looking for roommates that are very low drama like us and easy to get along with. we have a sofa, bookcase, dining set, and coffee table in the living room. there is room for a tv or another couch. let me know if you are interested!!!! utilities run about $50 each/month for heat, water, cable, internet. a deposit is not required but there is a $50 application fee, and a $25 lease revision fee.
