we are offering a 2 month sublease at barcroft apartments (located in arlington right off of south george mason drive) from march 13 until may 15. basically, we’re looking to find a suitable replacement roommate since we will be moving out on march 12 and need someone to cover the remainder of the rent, which is $1200 dollars. the flat fee that you would pay is 1200 dollars with all utilities included; this price is negotiable if you chose to move in april. you would be living with one male and one female who are both in college; one is a law school student at gmu.

we are looking for these traits in a roommate:
respectful and quiet (law school finals are appraching)
professionally-minded
responsible/dependable
reasonable

it is possible that if you like the apartment, you could apply to keep the apartment in your name after may 15 (which is when the current residents’ lease is concluded). or, if you need a temporary place to stay, this could be a convenient solution until you find another location.
