we are two 20-something females looking for a similar roommate! we also have a small tabby cat that shares the apartment.large 15x17 room for rent in luxury high rise apartment in va. the apartment is very convienently located less than one block from the ballston metro stop providing easy transportation to the entire dc metro area. shopping, dining and nightlife are all within walking distance as well.
price includes rent of the large master bedroom, large walk in closet, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, free internet, large fitness facility, rooftop pool, upstairs lounge with kitchen/pool tables/big screen tv, etc. parking is an additional $125 a month if renter is interested. tenant is also responsible for 1/3 of utilities/water/gas per month (usually around $40 each).
security deposit is equal to 1 month of rent and due at move in. $75 for application fee/background check/key and fob.
