two bedroom, one bathroom (shared) apartment just outside of clarendon in the lyon park community. rent is $780 a month, utilities included. cable is the only extra charge ($74 a month). the room is 11x11 with a 2x6 closet with two shelves. i am a pretty quiet person and very respectful of your space. i am not a control freak or expect the place to be spotless, though i would appreciate the common areas to be kept neat.i am a 34 y/o male that works full time and takes a certifications class in the evenings. clarendon metro is roughly a mile away (20 min walk) straight up washington blvd and there are two buses, 42 (ballston - pentagon) and 77 (courthouse - shirlington) that stop right in front of the building.
the room is empty already, so if you need to move in before august, that can be arranged. this is a short-term arrangement. the room will be availble august and september, with the possiblity of october while my friend is away.
i have a 2 year old cat that is very friendly and i will not expect you to take care of him; all of his stuff is in my room. if you have any questions please fill free to ask.
