i am moving into the 3001 park center apartment building in alexandria later this month and am looking for a roommate to take the second room. the apartment is just off 395, with a view of the washington monument, shuttle to the metro, and includes a concierge, amazing outdoor space, a business center, etc. check out the buildings website at -

the floor plan is the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. you'd have your own bedroom and your own bathroom for the most part (shared with guests). great kitchen and living space. i have all the furniture for the living space and everything for the kitchen. all you'd need is your bedroom stuff.

i would be ready for you to move in by early october. your portion of the rent would be $1000, plus half the utilities. parking is free.

i'm a gay white guy so you should be cool with that. i prefer to live with males but females are great too - i've lived with everybody at some point! i'm very easy going and professional - you should be too. let me know if you are interested.
