i'm helping my current roommate find someone to live with because i'm moving to a different city. i saw your ad on cl and thought you and my roommate would get along really well because she has some of the same interests. my room is currently available and in arlington - ballston.

here is some information about the room: the apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a balcony. plus washer and dryer. everything is furnished (living room, kitchen, etc.) therefore only your room and bathroom will need to be furnished. the building is called richmond square and is one block away from the metro in ballston (very convenient!). the building includes a 24 hour gym, party room, convenience store, and game room.the rent is $1,246 and includes utilities. if you need a parking spot, that would be an additional $100 per month.

my current roommate is easygoing, nice, fun, clean, respectful and in her mid 20s.
she is more lowkey during the weekdays - she likes to go to the gym, read, catch up on tv shows, and do the occasional happy hours.
on the weekends she enjoys going out.
