i have a room for rent in a large 2-bedroom, 2 bath corner apt on the 14th floor. it's located in pentagon city right across the street from the pentagon, supermarket and the shopping mall. it's within 8 minute walk to the metro. i have a beautiful skyline view of the national mall and monuments. this is really a great location!i live by myself and work all day during the week. the room for rent is fully furnished with large windows and a good size closet. you would also have your own private bath. the rest of the apartment is all nicely furnished. you can share the kitchen and the common areas. i have internet and cable. i also have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks. the laundry room is located in the basement of the building. all utilities are included in the rent.
the building is great as it has a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, barbecue area, dry cleaning service and large outdoor and indoor parking lots. i can send more pics of the apartment upon request. i am looking for a short-term roommate to finish out my lease in may. at that time, you can decide if you want to take over the lease.
