i have a bedroom with a private bath available in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. all utilities and cleaning lady included. close to shirlington village with a shuttle across the street for metro access that runs in the morning and at night. there is a ton of parking that is all free and steps away from the condo.

it has a huge kitchen and a large open living room with all of the bedrooms up stairs and the 1/2 bath downstairs. full washer and dryer and cable and internet in all rooms which is included in the rent. my current roommate who is moving out was able to put a king size bed with two dressers and a large 55inch tv in there. it has ample closet space and there is more in the office room if necessary.

i am a 28 year old professional who is fun and outgoing. i am clean and easy going who likes to have fun but at the same time i very career driven.
