looking to fill one bedroom in beautiful arlington town home, approximately 5 minutes walk to the courthouse metro (2 blocks away). the townhouse is fairly new, built in 2009 - finished with wood floors and granite countertops. you will be very pleased with other elements the place has to offer, including modern appliances, washer and dryer, and comfortable shared living spaces. all will be supplied inside the home in terms of shared living spaces. additionally, the community offers a roof top, outdoor pool, brilliant club house, a theater room, and high quality workout facility.the townhouse is two stories, upper duplex, that is the third and fourth floors. it is three bedrooms in total which are all on the fourth floor. the living-room and kitchen are on third floor. the bedroom will be available for rent first week of september for $1350 (everything included; access to pool, gym, club house, and all utilities).
the house is modern furnished. the bedroom has currently a full-size bed and a desk. full private bath is attached. if you have a car, an attached parking garage will be $50 dollars/month per person. looking for individuals to sign a one year lease, with a security deposit of $1000.
the current roommates are peter and mina. peter is a 29 year-old pharmacist who also attends georgetown for ph.d in international human development. mina is 28 year-old who works as a dentist at near dental clinic. they are respectable roommates who bring nice presence into the living space. men and women are both welcome to take a look at the place.
