i am moving out of our 2-bedroom apartment in ballston square, and i'm looking to find someone to move in around october 1 (setting date with employer this week). my roommate is an awesome 24-year-old woman who works standard office hours. she is looking for someone in his or her mid-late twenties to take the second bedroom (non-smoker only please).
here's the rundown of the room, apartment, and associated amenities:
rent / garage parking ~ $1500 monthly, utilities/cable/internet/water/electric (included in that price, rent is normally less so this is just an estimate depending on electric each month)
available: tentatively october 1, 2014. it will definitely be some time in october
private bedroom: large bedroom with your own bathroom and very large walk-in closet.
private bathroom: full bath with tons of storage and lots of counter space.
apartment: 11th floor, spacious apartment, carpeted throughout, with a large kitchen. fully equipped kitchen - stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. washer and dryer are located within the apartment. there is an also a huge balcony. this apartment style has been updated with all new appliances, fixtures, cabinets, etc.

furniture: your bedroom comes unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished because it's mostly my roommate's stuff.
apartment amenities: parking is $175 per month in the building, but there are garages near the building that are much cheaper. there's also a business center for printing; 24/7 maintenance, gym, and concierge; dry cleaning drop off services; and a pool. there is also a market within the building so you don't even need to leave to get breakfast or lunch (it has drinks, ice cream, beer, wine, etc.)
prime location: ballston square is located one block from the ballston metro. really close to i-66, lee highway, arlington blvd, and leesburg pike. there are also a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance. cabs are right next to the hilton hotel down the street, and there are always ubers nearby. there is a cvs across the street and a harris teeter about 1 block away. ballston mall is right across the street as well.
