i currently have a lease for a room in a 3 bedroom apartment at the vista on courthouse. i am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends around april 28th.i have the master bedroom of the apartment. more than enough space for a king size bed and any and all bedroom furniture. there are 3 large closets with one being an over sized walk in closet. the room also has it's own bathroom with a stand up shower and garden soaking tub.

the entire apartment is about 5,000 sq ft and each roommate has their own bathroom. no sharing is needed.
kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and granite countertops.
the two current residents in the apartment are both young, professional, hard working males. very easy to get along with.
the apartment complex is located on beautiful community grounds with a swimming pool and courtyard as well as a fully equipped fitness center. the community is also extremely pet friendly.
the rent has never been more than $1780 and that includes parking and a $65 pet fee so if you don't have a pet that will drop. the apartment also has garage parking.
it truly is worth every penny!
