$1000 2 bedrooms/2 bathroomneed a subleaser for from the 1st to the 30th of november. the place is a one-story apartment. electricity, sewer, water, etc. are all included in rent. cable and internet will be split to $80 a month.
your room is 14 x 11 and get a walk-in closet. it comes furnished with a bed and drawers. you also have your own shower and toilet in bathroom.
in the apartment, there is a spacious living room that comes with couches and a recliner. the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
the apartment comes with heat and air conditioning and washer/dryer for no extra cost. in the backyard, there is a shed for storage.
apartment is a 15 minute walk to the crystal city metro and less than a minute walk to crystal city bars and restaurants.
you will have one roommate. i'm 22 years old and from california. i work during the week days but i like to hang out at night and weekends and go to a few happy hours. i get along with pretty much anyone. please keep common areas clean.
