looking for a female roommate to move in to a great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in courthouse by october 1st, with the possibility to move in a couple of days earlier.about me: i'm an easy going, young female professional in my upper-twenties (28). i enjoy spending time with friends, happy hours, and spending time outdoors when it's nice out. i wouldn't classify myself as a neat freak, but do like to keep the common areas and the kitchen clean. on weeknights i tend to take it easy and go the occasional happy hour, and on the weekends i will typically go out once or twice.
about you: i'm looking for a fun, easy going, and respectable female in their late twenties/early thirties. someone with similar interests to mine and who can be courteous of keeping common areas tidy is preferred!
about the apartment: gorgeous apartment with a great view of georgetown! only a 2 minute walk to the courthouse metro and a 10 minute walk to the heart of clarendon. the building, avalon courthouse place, has a 24 hour concierge, parking, a gym, and an outdoor pool.
you will have your own bedroom, which is the master bedroom, closet and bathroom. rent is $1,425 per month. utilities are not included in the rent, so cable, gas, and electric are separate and typically around $135 a month (ish). the utilities go way down in the winter to around $90. i would split the parking fee if you have a car since i have a car as well, so it would be $105 per month. there is a one-time application fee.
