my wife and i are renting out our extra room. we live in a 1000 sq/ft 3 bedroom 2 bath house near uta. we have a washer/ dryer, nice kitchen and big back yard. the room is 10ftx10ft and furnished with a full size bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wall mirror, and a small bookshelf. we have 2 cats, no other pets and no children. all bills are paid (except rent).
about us: we both graduated from the art program at utarlington last december. i majored in graphic design and my wife majored in drawing and painting. we love to cook and have a well equipped kitchen.
