my name's chris, and i have a room in a 3 room 2 bathroom house in arlington available for $550 a month. this includes all utilities: time warner wideband internet (30mbps down) and tv w/ dvr, electricity, water, and of course laundry.room and house specs:
house is 1400 sq feet, open layout
room is 10x14 (140 sq feet)
shared bathroom w/ other roommate (corey)
- minutes from uta, tcc se campus, parks mall, highlands
- washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, dishwasher, outside gas grill
- time warner plan for tv, all channels in hd
- 1080p tv w/ xbox 360, ps3, and wii in the living room (also streams movies from our computer)
- if you're into music production, recording, i've got a pretty nifty home studio set up we can use. e-drums, amps, keyboard, condenser mic, etc.
the current roommate living in the room will be leaving by the end of this month, and i can have it cleaned and ready for you by may 1st.
again, you would be living with 2 roommates: me, and corey.
a little bit about us:
i'm 22, and an economics student at uta. corey is 26 and works at mattress firm. we're super easy to get along with, and generally enjoy just chilling, playing video games. i do drink every now and then as does corey, but we rarely have more than a handful of people over so you don't need to worry about huge parties or excessive noise late at night. i do not mind one bit if you have people over regularly or even have a some occasional parties, but just make sure you've got control over them.
i am also willing to do a biweekly or even weekly payment plan (every payday for example) as well if it's easier for you to pay that way, but it will end up 8.33% more overall a year! $275 (half of $550) every 2 weeks for example.
