i am looking for 1 roommate to occupy one of three upstairs bedrooms. the remaining two will be my bedroom and an office as i occasionally work from home. there are two baths upstairs so you will have your own bathroom. rent will also include fios internet, tv (extra if you want a receiver in your room), and phone. the only utilities you are responsible for are half of electricity and gas.

as for me i am a 26 yr old professional male. i'm not much of a partier but will have people over from time to time. i try to stay active and keep myself healthy. brownie points if you play tennis or basketball. cleanliness-wise, i err on the side of neatness and would like someone who does the same.
