FEMALES ONLY!!!!!! Offering one room available in a two bedroom apt located in the Alpharetta area. Refundable $150 deposit plus $800 a month. All utilities plus high speed internet included. Rental includes private bathroom, shared kitchen, washer and dryer, parking. There is a gym and pool on the premises. On the bus line No large pets, large parties, continual overnight guests, or smoking allowed. If you have a small pet there will be additional deposit of 150 (nonrefundable).
