- 24 y/o male, and a health-care professional from california. i'm currently stationed in nnmc bethesda and mostly work night shifts (7pm-7am). i've had plenty of roommates before, and got along with every single one of them. i occasionally hold games/mma/boxing events here, have a few folks over for some drinks. absolutely no crazy parties though, save that for downtown.
what i expect:
- someone who is respectful of the place, and spontaneously cleans. i don't mind visitors, but please, no live-in partners. i'm specifically looking for someone who's in their 20's and are young professionals or grad students. no pets allowed.
