hello:) i have a small room available in the condo available 8-1. i will get exact measurements and pics soon. it's a 2 bed condo w one shared bath. i have been there for 18 months and its very well maintained. free parking! utilities are about $50 each. washer/dryer inside unit. it's a 5 minute drive to kingstowne shipping center. a 2 mile drive to van dorn metro. there's also a bus stand outside the complex. it's a garden style condo complex. i have a great landlord. i am looking for females only with a secure professional job. i am a very fun and outgoing person. i am extremely respectful to space and boundaries. i would like a roommate to hang once in a while and be cordial. i am looking forward to meeting you and giving a tour:)
