we have a room available in a 3bd/2bath apartment in alexandria, va. the rent is $750 and utilities range from $70-100 dollars a month. the apartment amenities include washer/dryer in unit, pool, access to 24/7 gym, free parking and guest parking. you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates.
we are two young professionals who are generally quiet during the week and occasionally go out during the weekend.
our current roommate's lease ends in june and she is currently looking for someone to sublease, so we are looking for someone to move in by march 1st and resign our lease for an additional year.
