2 rooms for rent to "woman or male" $1000 townhouse in quiet neighborhood. security deposit $1000plus 1st month rent required, as well as a background check. only looking for responsible respectful professionals to rent rooms(military is ok). you will be staying with young daughter/family and myself, sorry no pets even though i am a dog owner, enough as is. there is a large community gym/pool, (entry by community card only) you will have free tv(dishnetwork) and internet. the kitchen and living area are available for use(just be respectful and clean up after yourself please&thank you!). metro shuttle bus available to vandorn metro(pick up and drop off both ways). cvs, giant, harris tetter close by. there is also a small convient store, hair salon, dry cleaner, and coffe shop in the community. we also have a huge park in community with running path. if you are a serious person of interest contact me via email/phone/text. serious inquires only please!!!
