ok so this room is large & furnished. private half bath. queen bed and dresser and soft beige microfiber loveseat.
please note that i would not move all of my everything completely out for one month until the end of august. i would clear out 3 drawers and the bottom closet rack for your things, and an additional double door closet will be clear. i can leave the furniture if needed, or move it then.

full sized washer & dryer . 1.5 bath; separate utilities/ will be split evenly between the 3 of us, average $160/3. we would share the responsibility of maintaining the small fenced in yard.

street parking is available. only cats are allowed with refundable deposit.

the home can be viewed after 5pm in the evenings.

deposit is one month's rent refundable at moveout less approximate utilities; application is $50.
