this room shares a bathroom and they are both located on the second floor of the house.
lease terms are negotiable. one month's security deposit due at lease signing.
about the house:
very short walk to huntington metro and the yellow line is a straight shot into the city.
the first floor is a common area with a combined living/dining room area.
the kitchen is a galley kitchen that was probably renovated about 8 years ago.
there is also a very nice sized back yard with a six foot privacy fence. ideal for entertaining.
the washer/dryer is located in the basement (where i live) with access for all tenants.
plenty of street parking available right in front of the house.
share the house with two professional females and one fabulous dog - must love dogs to live here! our house is a quiet one - we are social but do most of our socializing out of the house and come home to relax and unwind.
